2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Supply required content, assets, and approvals without undue delay
• Ensure they have legal rights to all materials provided to Veetira
• Review and approve work within agreed timelines

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery schedules and pricing.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All original designs remain the intellectual property of Veetira until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, transferable license to use the final approved deliverables for their intended purpose
• Veetira retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, software) are subject to their respective licenses.

4. Payments & Fees

• Fees, payment schedules, and scope are defined in project proposals or invoices
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Late payments may result in work suspension or delivery delays
• Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

• Revisions are limited to those specified in the project agreement
• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees
• Major changes after approval may require a revised timeline and cost estimate

6. Project Timeline & Delivery

• Timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback
• Veetira is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or force majeure events

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse website functionality
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

All website content is owned by Veetira unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Veetira shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services

Veetira does not guarantee specific business, financial, or SEO results.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Veetira makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, third-party services, or future platform compatibility.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if:

• A material breach occurs
• Payment obligations are not met
• Cooperation becomes unreasonably impractical

Work completed up to termination remains payable.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where legally required.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable EU laws. Jurisdiction shall be determined based on Veetira’s registered place of business, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

Veetira reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date.
